Mediatour pays attention to the training of their operators, by organizing forceful and amusing training courses, where all the participants, with and without experience, attended by qualified trainers, can interact, learn and practice their experiences, confronting themselves with the reality of the touristic area.

Montecatini Terme, in fact, for its excellent touristic peculiarities, is a perfect place for shows and rehearsals: the city center guarantees all year round a natural audience along the main avenue, in the thermal park and in the main streets.

Adults and children of the city can enjoy and participate to the different entertainment activities realized by the animation team: mini and junior club activities, musicals, sport and fitness lessons.

Moreover, the agency Mediatour is located and operates through an own hotel where the animators can stay during the training courses period and be in contact directly with the hotel guests.

The screening and training work-days have a fundamental importance for the future entertainers: the purpose is to permit to girls and boys between 18 and 35 years old to get into national and international touristic contexts, like touristic resorts, hotels, campings, thermal and seaside resorts.

All that to give them the opportunity to find an occupation during the not-scholastic periods, improving their vocational training and foreign languages knowledges, through the direct contact with international guests.

The wide program foresees the participants segmentation in working groups according to the candidates features and the simulation of all the entertainment program activities of a touristic resort, with water and sport activities carried out in a fitness club and an indoor-swimming pool, musicals, didactic and recreational activities for children, guest evenings, cabaret and shows.

Since 2011, following the ambition to be recognized as a training school of animation , Mediatour has started a cooperation with various local cultural and sport associations, through which offers youngs the opportunity to attend courses in theatre, acting, animation for children, balloon-art, face-paintings,dance lessons and latin American dances, fitness classes and acqua aerobics.
