1. What are the requirements to become animator? You should be funny, dynamic and determinate and spread playfulness to the Customers. You should love team work and life, and of course to be ready to start a new and faboulous experience, breaking out the tradition. 2. What is the minimum age to be an animator? There is no age limit, but you have to be minimum 18. 3. How long is the work season? From april to September and from December to March, but it can change according to your availability... but at least you must work for a month. 4. Is it compulsory to speak foreign languages? Yes, you must understand a little bit Italian and also speak another foreign language, preferably English. If you know also other languages, such as German, bigger are the destination choises and the roles. 5. How can I participate to the selections? Very easy, just send your CV together with a picture and contact by e-mail and afterwards we will get in touch with you. 6. Where will the interviews take place? If you live near our head office, you can come directly to us, otherweise you will have a contact with our local representative.

7. What will they be about?
They will be informal interviews with our Human resources responsible department who will consider if you have the right characteristics to became part of our staff.

8. Do you organize professional training?
Yes, trainings are very important for us... Qualfified animators and not participate to them to improve their knowledges and learn a new job.

9. What are the requested roles in the touristic resorts?
In the touristic resorts there are different roles, such as Children and Young entertainment, sport activies, fitness and club dance, water gym, life guards, dj, cabaret and so on.

10. Is it compulsory to have previous experience?
Experience is not the first thing we are looking for... you can apply equally and you will have the opportunity to get experience with us. Anyway, if you've already worked as animator, don't forget to let us know!!!

11. Is it possible to work during the whole year?
It depends on your availability, skillness and qualification.

12. Is the appearance important?
Yes, you must have a pleasant appearance, as you are always together with the customers... it is important to have a well groom aspect and be cute with the uniform you will get.
